You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking In and Out
- Check-in: After 16:00
- Checkout: Before 10:00
- Self check-in: With lockbox
During Your Stay
- Maximum guests: 4
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Commercial photography allowed
- No smoking
Additional Rules
- Please don’t wear shoes in the house.
- Please do not put wet clothes on the radiator.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
Before You Leave
- Please put dirty laundry in the basket in the bedroom and wash the dishes.
- Please close all windows and cover the jacuzzi.
- Lock up.

Green Farm Stay
Cancellation Policy
When booking your stay, you can choose between two options:

Non-Refundable Option – This is a more affordable rate, but it does not allow for a refund in the event of cancellation. If your plans are set in stone and you’re looking for the best value, this option may be ideal.

Standard Refundable Option – This flexible option offers peace of mind, allowing you to cancel up to 30 days before your arrival for a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, a partial refund may be available depending on how close to the check-in date the cancellation is made.
Please note that any cancellations made after check-in or during your stay will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend selecting the option that best fits your travel needs and level of flexibility.
